Chanon Limudomporn

An ICT freshman with an interest in software engineering, I focus on delivering reliable and efficient solutions to unique problems. With my dedication to my craft, my own ideas, and my knowledge, I bring tangible results to life in projects of my own. Focusing on quality over quantity, yet up to date with the bleeding edge, I adapt quickly to the ever-changing tech world, from Web frameworks to AI.

Projects

Pokajan! Smart Table - August 2026 (ongoing)

View on GitHub

• Designed a smart table for a replica of the minigame Pokajan! from hololive Dreams, using physical cards with NFC tags and card readers on dedicated stands.
• Built the user interface to target low-powered devices like the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, using raylib and the C language for cross-platform development and compatibility.

ThaiCPI - April 2025

View the website, or the source code on GitHub

• Created a webapp using Svelte to compare the value of the Thai Baht accounting for inflation.
• Utilized the Trade Policy Strategy Office's open data API to automatically obtain information for the current month, keeping it up to date.

MetroWise - November 2024

• Collaborated with 9 other students from ToBeIT '68 to build a prototype for a PWA to display crowdedness on the BTS SkyTrain system with SvelteKit.
• Implemented designs by the team into a functional prototype based on mock-up data.
• Received the "Best Idea Award" from the competition.

Talk 2 Heart - November 2023

View on GitHub (frontend, backend)

• Worked with 9 other students from ToBeIT '67 The Second to make a website used for continuously monitoring the mental status of mental health patients through a survey.
• Used Vue (frontend) and Node.js' express (backend) to make a functional prototype.

Homelab - September 2023 (ongoing)

• Set up a Raspberry Pi as the initial host running NextCloud alongside an SMB server, allowing files to be shared across the local network.
• Expanded the homelab with a host running Proxmox for VMs and LXCs, improving service flexibility and allowing for more computing power for game hosting.
• Migrated the Raspberry Pi to a Mini PC, improving stability for storage services with larger memory.
• Upgraded the network to use VLANs for increased security, and utilizing OPNsense for greater control over the network.
• Implemented Split DNS with Technitium DNS, allowing more requests to be easily routed locally for greater speed instead of taking a round trip.
• Set up a VPS to act as the inbound host using frp, working around CGNAT restrictions.
• Utilized Tailscale running on the OPNsense host for secure remote access.

Cirno's Lab Minecraft Server - March 2021 (ongoing)

• Maintained a legacy (v1.8.8) Minecraft server running on Spigot, originally using tmux and migrating to CubeCoders' AMP.
• Configured a large number of plugins to facilitate different gamemodes.
• Wrote a central Java plugin (eventually ported to Kotlin) that coordinates different plugins and modifies their behavior for better integration.
• Configured a Velocity proxy to facilitate more backend servers, including those of newer versions.
• Ported NanoLimboPlugin (used for "limbo" servers) to support the latest versions, upstream from NanoLimbo - see GitHub.
